The Program

-Youth in mental health crisis is defined as: 

  • A situation where a young person's actions, feelings, or behaviors can lead to self-harm, harm to others, or an inability to care for themselves or function adequately in their community.

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Suicidal thoughts and behaviors influenced by individual experiences, or social and environmental factors.

-Youth in criminal behavior crisis is defined as: 

  • Behavioral or conduct issues exhibited by a young person involved in the juvenile justice system that significantly impact their safety or health, or the safety of others.

  • Factors include mental health conditions, substance abuse, trauma, or challenges involved with the justice system.

9-Month Program Plan

-One-to-One Counseling

-Small Group Counseling

-Family Counseling

-Males and Females ages 10-17

-Behavior and Academic Goal Setting
